Manchester City will look to celebrate winning the title by beating Chelsea before they receive the Premier League trophy at the Etihad Stadium.

City were crowned champions after Arsenal lost 1-0 at Nottingham Forest on Saturday and they remain on course for an historic treble.

Pep Guardiola’s side have won the title for a fifth time in six years and play FA Cup and Champions League finals next month.

For now, Guardiola wants to celebrate the title in style and City face a Chelsea team who cannot wait for the season to end.
