Liverpool extended their impressive run in the Premier League as they overcame Fulham to strengthen their grip in the race for Europe.
The fifth-placed Reds remain firmly on track for next season's Europa League after the 1-0 victory over the Cottagers at Anfield. And, while their Champions League hopes remain faint, they are now four points behind fourth-placed Manchester United, who play the first of their two games in hand at Brighton & Hove Albion on Thursday.
Mohamed Salah got the winner from the penalty spot after Darwin Nunez was brought down in the box as the Egyptian netted his 29th goal of the season. Salah's effort from 12 yards continued his impeccable run in front of goal, making it six in six games.
Below is a look at the Reds' final four fixtures:
May 6 - Brentford (H): Liverpool will be looking to all but end the Bees' hopes of European football and earn their revenge against Thomas Frank's side. Brentford ran out comfortable winners when the teams met at the start of the year in west London..
May 15 - Leicester City (A): A trip to the King Power Stadium to face the relegation-threatened Foxes follows. Dean Smith's side sit above the relegation zone on goal difference and Liverpool will be hoping to continue their winning run away from home.
May 20 - Aston Villa (H): Manchester United dented Unai Emery's team's hopes of completing a miraculous turnaround and qualifying for Europe following their poor start to the season. As it stands, Villa sit five points behind Liverpool.
May 28 - Southampton (A): The Reds will be hoping their name will already be in the hat for European competition next season by this stage. The curtain for their Premier League campaign comes down against Southampton, who currently sit bottom of the table.
