Arsenal could sell 10 players this summer after Nicolas Pepe transfer wish emerges

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta could sell as many as 10 players in this summer's transfer window. A host of players are linked with moves away from the club, while several out on loan are unlikely to be a part of the manager's plans moving forward. Express Sport looks at each individual case.
Nicolas Pepe

Pepe is spending this campaign out on loan at Nice. But reports from L'Equipe claim he would like to stay at the club next season.

The club-record signing fell out of favour under Arteta last term and was allowed to leave to get more game time. It appears there is no spot for him in the Arsenal squad and a sale would probably suit all parties.

Kieran Tierney

Newcastle are interested in signing Tierney this summer. The Scotland star has made just four Premier League starts this season.

Oleksandr Zinchenko is the preferred left-back for Arteta and Tierney has mostly had to settle for a role off the bench. Arsenal could bring in at least £30million for the 25-year-old.

Rob Holding

Holding made his first Premier League start of the season in Sunday's win over Bournemouth. He has mostly been confined to cup action this season but was left out of the starting XI to play Sporting Lisbon in both legs of the Europa League last-16 tie.

He is the only right-footed centre-back available as back-up to William Saliba. But if Arteta signs another player in that position, Holding's future at the club will look bleak.

Cedric Soares.

Cedric joined Fulham on loan for the remainder of the season in January. He still has over a year remaining on his Gunners contract.

Arsenal are interested in signing a right-back, with Spanish teenager Ivan Fresneda linked in recent months. Cedric started just one game in the first half of the season and surely will look to leave on a permanent deal come the summer.
