Manchester United travel to the City Ground today to face Nottingham Forest in the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final.
Erik ten Hag has vowed to end the Red Devils’ long trophyless streak and his side are the favourites to lift a cup they last won in 2017 - which remains their most recent domestic trophy victory. While United have history in this competition with five triumphs, Forest are not far behind with four and Steve Cooper is also hoping to hark back to his club’s past for motivation in tonight’s match.
