Report: Arsenal close in on signing 'absolutely unreal' West Ham target with £53m bid

Arsenal have allegedly submitted a bid for West Ham United transfer target Mykhaylo Mudryk ahead of the January window.
That’s according to Fabrizio Romano who claims that Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has submitted a €60 million (£53 million) offer for the 21-year-old winger, including add-ons.

That will be a huge blow for the Hammers, and a terminal one at that regarding our hopes of signing the Ukrainian star-boy.

David Moyes allegedly wants to bring him to the London Stadium.

It seems as though he could now be Arsenal bound though, with Gunners boss Mike Arteta reportedly on the verge of bringing him to the Emirates…

Arsenal closing in on Mykhaylo Mudryk signing
The young winger is one of the most exciting talents on the continent.

Fabrizio Romano reckons that the Gunners have launched a £53 million bid for the Ukraine international.

It is believed that Shakhtar Donetsk want ‘way more’ than that amount for Mudryk though:

Mudryk has bagged 12 goals and 17 assists already in just 44 games for the Ukrainian outfit. And he has really shone in the Champions League this season with two goals and two assists to his name in just two games (Transfermarkt).

He has 10 goals and eight assists to his name in just 18 games this season for Shakhtar (Transfermarkt).

The young winger is a real talent.

He possesses impressive pace, exemplary technique and has a real hunger to prove himself at the very highest level.

Chris Sutton recently described the young attacker as ‘rapid’. Meanwhile, MSN have labelled him as ‘absolutely unreal’.
